Wash quail eggs and cool them.
Stir-fry the crude salt in a hot pot until yellowish.
Pour quail eggs, spread them gently and evenly with a shovel, stir-fry for about 8 minutes until the egg liquid solidifies, tap the eggshell slightly to taste better. Stir for 5 minutes, turn off the fire, cover it, and open it 15 minutes later.
Salt quail eggs are delicious but hard to peel. Be patient.
