|Red bean||Appropriate amount|
Red beans are soaked one night in advance and boiled for another 20 minutes in the morning.
Mix the two kinds of powders and add 100g of water into the pulp while boiling red beans are in the void.
Add 40 g of brown sugar to another 100 g of water, boil it, melt it and pour it into a well-stirred pulp.(If there is no brown sugar, it can be changed to tablet sugar)
Put the beans into the egg tart mould, and then pour the syrup into the bowl until it is nine cents full.(If you don’t mind the shape, you don’t need to buy a bowl of bowl cakes. Small bowls can replace it.)
Steam in boiling water for 20 minutes, and you’re done.
