Wash the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Steam them in a pot.
Steamed potatoes are pressed into mud.Meat chopping. (Personally, I prefer to put some old chopping, so that the meat is more tasty.)
Mix mashed potatoes with mashed meat. Stir in a proper amount of spiced powder and salt.
Pour proper amount of oil into a pan without sticking.
Divide into small cakes and put them in the pan. Turn over several times during the frying process (with a lid in the middle).
