Prepare the ingredients. I use sweet paste specially for cold noodles.(After opening, I pour it into such a sauce box for good use)
Heat the pan and pour in a little oil.
Put in the cold side.
Break in an egg.
Pour the eggs lightly with a spoon.
Turn over the eggs slightly and fry them over a small fire. Sprinkle a little warm water on them to prevent the cold side from hardening.
Then turn it over again, turn the egg upside down, use chopsticks to open the cold side, and sprinkle a little warm water on the bottom.
When the cold noodles are soft, brush the sweet sauce with a brush.
Sprinkle onions and coriander.
Roll it gently with chopsticks and fry it over a small fire to set the shape, then turn off the fire.
Cut and eat.
