Chop chicken breasts, add New Orleans marinade and some oil, marinate for 30 minutes.
Steam the potatoes and cool them. Mix well with the marinated chicken.
Put proper amount of cheese into a ball and gently knead it into a round cake of uniform size.
Brush the cake with oil and fry it golden on both sides.
