Sweet potatoes are peeled and cut into pieces.
Steam in a pan for 20 minutes until cooked.
Steamed sweet potatoes are pressed into mud while they are hot.
Sweet potato mashed with sugar, glutinous rice flour and milk.
Stir into a uniform mashed potato.
Take a slice of mashed potatoes and spread the cheese in the middle.
Then roll it into a ball.
Brush the oil in the pot and fry the sweet potato balls until golden.
It’s OK to fry it. I don’t usually fry it personally.
