Glutinous rice soaks several hours ahead of schedule.Zongye is soaked one night ahead of schedule, cleaned during the period, and soaked completely overnight with boiling water for the last time.
Bacon is best smoked bacon, so dumplings are delicious.Smoked bacon is cut into small dices and the fat part is cut separately for stir-frying.
