Wash raw walnuts and drain them.
Put water, sugar, salt and anise into the pot.
Pour in walnuts and bring to a boil.
Turn to medium heat and mix with water. Sugar is dipped in walnuts.

Preheat oven at 300F/150C.
Bake for 20 minutes and turn it over halfway.
Take it out and cool it off. You can bottle it.
